I am Michael Bertrand, executive and team coach based in Singapore, working across APAC with senior leaders and leadership teams. I have spent the last few years building AI-assisted workflows into my own practice, and I have learned what works, what does not, and what coaches actually need to know to make this useful rather than overwhelming.

The Augmented Coach is where that learning becomes available to others. It sits at the intersection of my coaching expertise and a growing practice in AI-assisted workflows, Notion systems, and digital infrastructure for coaching practices.
