Speaking
The sessions I design are built to do two things that do not always sit comfortably together: unsettle and inspire. For coaching organisations, professional bodies, and conferences, I speak on AI and what it means for how coaches practise: the real version, not the hype.

The Augmented Coach: Amplify Your Voice with AI
A 45–60 minute keynote or workshop session examining what AI is, what it risks, and what it actually offers coaching practice, with live demonstrations of three tools built specifically for coaches. The session is structured around a provocation, a challenge, and an opening. It works as a standalone conference session or as an anchor for a deeper programme.
Designed for ICF chapters, coaching training programmes, professional bodies, and conferences. Typically 20–150 participants.

AI Coaching Mastery
Alongside the keynote work, I co-facilitate the AI Coaching Intensive with Gabriel Powell. It is a one-day live online programme designed for coaches, facilitators, and L&D professionals who want to move from curiosity to capability.
The premise is the same as the talk, taken further: AI does not replace coaching skills; it amplifies them. Across four modules (foundations, prompt writing, productivity, and building your own AI tools), participants leave with immediately applicable skills and a toolkit aligned to their own methodology and voice.
APAC cohorts run in Singapore time and are capped at six participants. Private group training is available for teams of four or more.
