Services
Good coaching deserves a practice built to match it. These services exist for coaches who are ready to stop working around their systems and start working with them, whether that means getting Notion finally working the way you think, understanding what AI can realistically do for someone in your profession, or building something purpose-built for how you work.
Every engagement starts with a conversation. There is no standard package that fits every practice, and there is no pressure to take on more than makes sense at this stage.
Notion for Coaches
Most coaches who download a Notion template have the same experience: it looks right, it makes sense in principle, and then real life gets in the way. Clients do not fit neatly into templates. Sessions accumulate. The system that was supposed to reduce friction starts creating it.
This service is for coaches who want their Notion workspace to work the way they actually work, not the way a template assumed they would.
Setup session
A focused, one-off session to configure the Notion template for your practice. We review how you currently manage clients, sessions, and follow-up, then adapt the system to match. You leave with a workspace that is ready to use and a clear understanding of how to maintain it.
Ad hoc consulting hours
For coaches who have the template running but need help as questions arise. Book time as needed, with no ongoing commitment. Useful for coaches who are building confidence with Notion gradually, or whose practice is evolving and the system needs to keep pace.
AI for Coaches
The conversation about AI in coaching is often too abstract to be useful. Coaches are told it will change everything, without being told what it will actually change, or how, or whether any of it applies to the kind of work they do.
This service is for coaches who want a clearer picture, a better set of tools, or both.
AI literacy
A bespoke workshop or keynote for your organisation, training body, or coaching community. This is not a general introduction to AI. It is a structured exploration of what AI means for coaching practice specifically, grounded in real examples and designed to leave participants with something they can act on. Formats vary depending on your context and the time available.
AI advisory
One-to-one mentoring for coaches who want to explore AI at their own pace. We work through what you are currently doing, where AI could genuinely help, and how to build a workflow that fits your practice without disrupting what is already working. Billed by the hour, with no minimum commitment.
AI implementation
For coaches who are ready to go further. This track involves building AI-assisted tools and workflows tailored to your specific practice, whether that means automating parts of your session preparation, creating a client-facing tool, or integrating AI into how you handle assessment and feedback work. Delivery depends on the scope of what you need.
Custom build
Some coaching practices reach a point where off-the-shelf tools are no longer sufficient. If you are running a team of coaches, managing a high volume of clients, or offering a structured programme that needs its own digital infrastructure, a purpose-built application may be worth considering.
This work is available on a project basis. It is not the right starting point for most coaches, and it is not positioned as such. If you think it may be relevant to where your practice is heading, the right next step is a conversation.
